Embroidering hand towel with design and embroidery machine

This guide will show you how to embroider your old towel to make it look absolutely new and beautyful. Just follow 8 easy steps and notice some tips, and you will have your own hand made towel.

It`s very comfortable to watch the virtual sewing and write the operations procedure to know when the fabric must be placed and cut.

Tip: producers often allocate with another color. Don`t forget it to prevent mistakes.

Step 1: choose the variant of embroidered towel design you like and place into the embroidery hoop a piece of separating Interfacing and push the “Start” button. The embroidering machine will sew an angle. Take the hoop out of the machine (don`t take the cloth from the hoop) and place a corner of the towel on the angle, then fix that.

Tip: fixing the fabric in the hoop is very important. There are 2 ways to fix it: To prevent the machine embroidery design from running out of the fabric you can turn the hoop, place some glue on the fabric (it can be special glue )or spray) or simple one) and apply a piece of the inside fabric, fax paper, synthetic winterizer or thin lay of foam rubber. Another way is to put into the hoop 2 lays of fabric: middle density polyethylene slick and common interfacing above that. The slick plays fixing role and the interfacing prevents the slick from tearing apart.

Step 2: after you have the contour line on the towel scribbled put some suitable fabric at the top of that and place the towel under the sewing machine again. It will sew another line.

Step 3: take the hoop out of the machine again (so don`t take our decorative towel out of the hoop) and cut all the superfluous fabric, don`t touch the towel. Cut the fabric up to the interfacing only in the middle of the ring. This is what we`ve got.

Step 4: after the cutting place the hoop into the sewing (embroidery) machine and it will embroider the design changing colors as it`s supposed to be.

Step 5: after embroidering the machine will start the contour line again. Take the hoop out of it and put at the down the same fabric, i.e. cover the inside of our hand mane towel, again place the hoop into the machine and scribble.

Step 6: take the hoop out of the embroidery machine (don`t take the towel out of the hoop) and cut the superfluous fabric, don`t forget to cut inside the ring too.

Step 7: put the hoop into the machine and scribble the edge of the embroidered towel`s face and it`s inside the same time.

Step 8: having the design of the towel embroidered cut it off the interfacing. The embroidered towel is done.
